YPG Motorsport downpipes for the Mercedes-Benz C450 AMG Sport (W205) replace the restrictive factory catalytic converters on the M276 3.0L BiTurbo V6. The C450 was a single model-year car (2016 only, replaced by the C43) — making it a niche platform with limited aftermarket support. YPG is one of the few manufacturers offering a dedicated downpipe solution for this chassis.
The factory cats sit directly behind the turbochargers — removing them unlocks faster spool, sharper throttle response, reduced EGTs, and a more aggressive V6 exhaust note. When paired with a YPG Stage 2 ECU calibration, the C450 delivers approximately 420–440 HP and 480–500 lb-ft of torque — up from the stock 362 HP.
