BMW M3 G80 — S58 3.0T I6 ECU Tuning & Performance Parts

The BMW M3 G80 runs the S58 3.0-liter twin-turbo inline-six — BMW's most capable modern M engine. Factory output is 473 HP (standard) or 503 HP (Competition), but the S58 has enormous tuning headroom thanks to its oversized turbochargers, 350-bar high-pressure fuel system, and reinforced bottom end with thicker connecting rods and a keyway crank hub that eliminates the S55's known failure points.

A Stage 1 ECU tune on the G80 delivers 550–590 WHP depending on fuel and variant. Add downpipes, high-flow intake and a Stage 2 calibration and you're looking at 620–650 WHP on 93 octane, with significantly more available on E30/E50 ethanol blends. The ZF 8HP76 gearbox handles the increased torque far better than the previous-generation DCT, making the G80 one of the most accessible high-power platforms in the BMW lineup.
