Aston Martin DB9 / V12 Vantage / Rapide — 5.9L Naturally Aspirated V12 ECU Tuning

The Aston Martin AM11 5.9-liter naturally aspirated V12 is one of the great engines of its era — a hand-built, high-revving unit producing 510–565 HP across the DB9, V12 Vantage, Rapide and Vanquish. Unlike turbocharged engines where ECU tuning unlocks large power gains through boost adjustments, the NA V12 responds to precision ignition timing, fuel mapping optimization and rev limit extension.

Stage 1 ECU Tune (+30 HP): Optimized ignition advance and fueling across the entire rev range on stock hardware. Improved throttle response, smoother power delivery and a more responsive mid-range. Also includes cat-delete mapping if decat pipes are fitted, and an exhaust valve always-open option for permanent sport exhaust sound. No hardware changes required — the ECU is bench-tuned at our Kuwait facility.

Stage 2 ECU Tune (+45 HP): Full calibration with aggressive ignition timing, raised rev limit and optimized fueling for cars with supporting exhaust modifications (headers, decat pipes, sport exhaust). The Stage 2 tune brings the DB9 to approximately 555 HP and the V12 Vantage S to over 600 HP — maximizing what the naturally aspirated V12 architecture can deliver.

Compatible models: Aston Martin DB9 (2004–2016), V12 Vantage (2009–2017), V12 Vantage S, Rapide (2010–2020), Rapide S and Vanquish (2012–2018). All variants of the AM11 5.9L V12 are supported.
