Exchanges or Refunds 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@yabeelaparts.com.

 
Damaged Products

  YPG is not responsible not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.Save all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.

 Perishable goods such as damaged products that are not due to our error cannot be returned.Please do not send your purchase back to us or the vendor directly. If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return, will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you maybe be required to purchase a replacement. 

We only replace items if they are defective . If you need to exchange it for the same item or something for the same value, send us an email at sales@yabeelaparts.com.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.



Backorders 

What is a Backorder Item?
Backorder Items are items that are temporarily out of stock but are available for purchase on our site. These items are very popular and sell out extremely quickly. Order and pay now and we will ship it when it comes in. We fill all Backorders in the order they are received. By ordering early you will be earlier in line when it comes to getting a highly sought after item. We also ship Backorders in the order they were received. This means your order will ship out before orders for the same item placed once the item is in stock. Backorder Items are non-refundable and can’t be canceled.

Do you require prepayment for a Backorder Item?
Yes. When you place an order for a Backorder Item, we process full payment for the item(s) the same as we process payments for in-stock items. Payment guarantees your place in line so you receive the item at the earliest possible date.



Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us on sales@yabeelaparts.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
