Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days from our facility. Processing times may vary for custom-built, made-to-order, or high-demand items. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery
YPG Motorsport ships worldwide using reputable courier services. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
- Kuwait and GCC Region: 2–5 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–12 business days
- Rest of World: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. YPG Motorsport has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Shipping Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for all high-value orders. YPG Motorsport is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft that occurs during transit once the shipment has been handed off to the carrier with a valid tracking number.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, the shipment is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed in transit:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim
- We will assist you with any documentation needed for your carrier claim upon request
- YPG Motorsport is not liable for carrier delays, lost packages, or transit damage after handoff
