BMW M Forged Internals & Pistons

Forged pistons and connecting rod kits for BMW M engines — B58, S65, and N55 platforms. Every kit is purpose-built for high-horsepower builds from 1,000HP to 1,500HP+ and ships as a complete set: forged 4340 steel H-beam connecting rods, forged aluminium pistons with ceramic-coated crowns and Teflon-coated skirts, rings, wrist pins, and ARP fasteners. No configurator, no add-on charges — one SKU covers the complete bottom-end rotating assembly.

The B58 kit serves the M340i G20, M240i G42, Toyota GR Supra A90, and Z4 M40i — the most popular inline-six platform for turbo builds targeting 800–1,200 WHP. The S65 kit covers the legendary naturally aspirated 4.0L V8 in the E90/E92/E93 M3 — forged internals rated for supercharger and turbo conversions. The N55 kit serves the F-series M135i, M235i, 335i, 435i, and 535i — the single-turbo inline-six that responds aggressively to upgraded turbo builds.

Ceramic and Teflon thermal coatings are included at no extra cost. These coatings reduce piston operating temperature, improve ring seal, and extend bearing life under sustained high-load operation.
