THE COMPLETE SPECIFICATION
 
01 — ECU Unlock + Stage 2+ Custom Street Tune with Logs
850HP+ target power. Full ECU unlock with a bespoke street calibration built around your specific car, fuel chemistry, and driving environment. Your ECU is shipped to our facility, unlocked, calibrated against data logs, and returned. Revisions included. This is not an off-the-shelf map — every calibration is built from scratch.
 
02 — YPG Catless Downpipes + Midpipes
Primary restriction removal on the S58. Our catless downpipes and midpipes are developed specifically for the G8x platform — eliminating the bottleneck between turbine outlet and cat-back system. Essential for Stage 2+ power and the harmonic exhaust tone the S58 is capable of but restricted from at factory.
 
03 — Titanium Cat-Back Exhaust System
Full titanium cat-back. The weight saving over OEM stainless is tangible — titanium construction reduces unsprung mass while delivering a deeper, more resonant tone under full throttle. Refined and civil at cruise. The exhaust note the M division should have specified.
 
04 — Front-Mount Titanium Air Intake System
Full front-mount titanium cold air intake developed for the S58. Titanium pipework routes cooler, denser ambient air from the front-mount position directly to the throttle body — bypassing the heat soak inherent in the factory airbox routing. Lower intake temperatures under sustained boost means more consistent power delivery, particularly in warm climates. Developed and validated on our own G8x build in Kuwait.
 
05 — YPG Forged 2-Piece Wheels
Available in 19", 20" or 21". Multiple bespoke finishes and custom colour matching available. Forged two-piece construction is measurably lighter than cast equivalents at equivalent diameter — reducing unsprung mass and rotational inertia. Ships separately after your finish specification is confirmed.
 
06 — Carbon Fibre Aero Package
Three-piece aerodynamic suite crafted in dry carbon fibre:
 
Vented Carbon Hood — lightweight replacement with integrated venting. Reduces front-end lift at speed while extracting heat from the engine bay. Significant weight reduction over factory steel.
 
Carbon Trunk Lid — rear mass reduction with matched carbon finish. Lowers the centre of gravity fractionally while completing the exterior transformation.
 
Carbon Front Lip Spoiler — aerodynamic front splitter in dry carbon. Increases front downforce at elevated speeds and introduces a visual sharpness to the G8x front fascia that the factory plastic cannot replicate.
 
All three panels share a matched gloss or matte finish. Fitted as a cohesive aerodynamic suite, not individual parts.
