The fuel system is the lifeline of any high-performance engine. As power increases beyond what the factory fuel system was designed to deliver, upgrading injectors, fuel pumps, and fuel lines becomes essential for both performance and reliability. A fuel system that can't keep up with demand will cause lean conditions, misfires, and potentially catastrophic engine damage.

Fuel & Octane: Why It Matters
Higher-octane fuel resists knock (pre-detonation), allowing the ECU to run more boost and more aggressive ignition timing. In the GCC, premium fuel is typically 95–98 RON — adequate for Stage 1–2 tunes. For Stage 3+ builds, E85 ethanol or methanol injection provides the anti-knock margin needed for 800+ HP reliably.
E85 Conversion
E85 (85% ethanol, 15% gasoline) is the ultimate performance fuel for turbocharged engines — it has an effective octane rating of ~105 RON, absorbs heat during combustion (like methanol), and allows significantly more power than pump gasoline. However, E85 requires approximately 30–40% more fuel volume, meaning the entire fuel system must be upgraded: larger injectors, higher-flow pumps, compatible fuel lines, and a flex-fuel sensor for the ECU to adjust in real time.
Fuel System + ECU Tune Integration
Every fuel system upgrade must be paired with an ECU recalibration. The injector scaling, fuel pressure targets, and lambda targets all change when hardware is modified.
