A crate engine — also called a long block — is a fully assembled engine ready to drop into your chassis. Our M156 crate engines include the complete rotating assembly (forged crankshaft, forged H-beam connecting rods, forged pistons), CNC-ported cylinder heads with upgraded valvetrain, all internal bearings, seals, and gaskets. You bolt on your accessories, wire it in, and go.

Build Process

Every M156 crate engine is assembled in-house at YPG Motorsport in Kuwait. The block is inspected, honed, and sleeved as needed. Bearing clearances are set to our proven race specs. The rotating assembly is balanced as a unit. Cylinder heads are CNC-ported on our flow bench program and assembled with upgraded valves, springs, and retainers. Final assembly is torqued to spec with fresh fasteners throughout.

Build time is typically 7–21 days depending on component availability and your specification. We ship via FedEx or DHL directly to your door — worldwide.
