Stage 1 — 720 HP, No Hardware

Porsche's VTG (Variable Turbine Geometry) turbos are conservatively calibrated from the factory. A Stage 1 tune increases peak and sustained boost pressure, optimizes VTG vane positioning, and recalibrates ignition timing for approximately 70 HP over stock. The Turbo S's PDK dual-clutch transmission and AWD system translate every additional horsepower into traction — making Stage 1 one of the most effective power-per-dollar upgrades on any supercar.

Stage 2 — 780 HP with Exhaust

Stage 2 adds exhaust modifications — typically a sport exhaust or high-flow downpipes — and an upgraded intake.
