Mercedes-AMG Forged Internals & Pistons

Forged pistons and connecting rod kits for the full Mercedes-AMG engine range — M177, M178, M157, M156, and M133 platforms. Every kit is rated from 500HP to 1,500HP+ depending on engine code and supporting modifications, and ships complete with forged 4340 steel H-beam connecting rods, forged aluminium pistons (ceramic-coated crowns, Teflon-coated skirts), rings, wrist pins, and ARP fasteners. One SKU per engine code — no configurator, no add-on charges.

The M177/M178 kits serve the 4.0L twin-turbo V8 found in the C63 W205, E63 W213, GT63 X290, AMG GT, and GLE/GLS63 — the same internal specification used in the world-record YPG C63 W205 (9.97s quarter mile, 828 WHP). The M157 kit covers the 5.5L twin-turbo V8 in the W212 E63, W218 CLS63, and W221 S63 — an engine with enormous factory turbo headroom that benefits from forged bottom-end insurance at 800+ WHP. The M156 kit serves the 6.2L naturally aspirated V8 across the C63 W204, E63, SLS AMG, and CLK63 — essential for any forced-induction conversion. The M133 kit covers the 2.0L turbo four in the A45 and CLA45 for builds exceeding 500 WHP.

Standalone pistons-only kits are available for M177 and M156 builds where factory rods are still serviceable — a cost-effective option for moderate power targets.
